What happens during a Gas Safety Check
During a boiler service, our qualified engineer will conduct a thorough inspection of your boiler. They will check for any signs of wear and tear, clean internal components, and test the performance of the boiler. They will also check for any gas leaks, carbon monoxide leaks, and ensure that the boiler is operating within safe parameters.
Can you gas safety check other gas appliances?
Yes we can. We service hobs, ovens and gas fires.
Can you liaise with my tenant to arrange access?
Yes, we are happy to arrange access directly with the tenant.
What other benefits can you offer me as a Landlord?
During the first service, we survey the heating and hot water system, take note of what type of system is installed and the appliance GC numbers – the reason we do this, is that if any appliance develops a fault in future and we can diagnose the problem without a visit to the property, we can order the part and attend the property prepared with the right part on the van. This cuts out the need for multiple visits reducing any inconvenience for the tenant and costs for the Landlord.
